Remember - INstateREIA was instrumental in getting the Utilities Bill (HB1347) passed this year so landlords are not financially responsible for tenants' utilities.  We also helped keep the Land Contract Bill (HB1495) from getting out of committee.   This bill would have restricted land contracts for investors.
